Finding a Home

iscovering What's Important To You. Whether this is your first home or your last, it's probably the single most important and expensive purchase you'll ever make. That's why you deserve Real Estate Professionals with the knowledge and skill to assist you in making informed decisions and to negotiate on your behalf.

With years of experience in the Business, we can provide you the expertise and personalized attention you expect and deserve-before, during and after the transaction. We'll take the time to discover what is important to you and work diligently until you are completely satisfied.

ocusing the Search. Before we head out to find the Perfect property, it is always helpful to brainstorm and prioritize a list of all the features you are looking for. We'll start with the basics, including style of house, size, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, desired neighborhood, commutes to jobs and proximity to schools, parks, and retail services.

Then, we'll discuss the items on your Dream List, such as a master bathroom with Jacuzzi, a 3-seasons porch, walk-in closets or a wooded lot. The goal is to find properties that first meet your essential needs and then as many of the extras as you can reasonably afford.

valuating Properties. Matching the right property to the right Buyer is our Specialty. We spend countless hours behind the scenes touring neighborhoods, researching the Market and networking throughout the community. Together, we'll investigate various neighborhoods and tour houses to help you get a solid feel for Property Values. Then, we'll target your desired Location and search for a home that fits your Lifestyle and Values. Then, we contact the Seller's Agents and schedule Showings to fit your schedule.

As we tour properties, we will point out their attributes as well as advise you on taking a closer look at potential problem areas such as water seepage, ventilation and finish work. Of course, there is no substitute for a Professional Home Inspection once you make an Offer, but knowing what to look for before entering Negotiations will result in fewer surprises later on.

resenting an Offer. Now that you've found the perfect property, it's critical that you submit an Offer immediately to ensure another eager buyer doesn't beat you to the negotiating table. We'll help you determine a realistic Offer Price based on a general Market overview and recent Sales of similar properties, property's condition and location and length of time the house has been on the Market.

Next we'll submit a Formal Offer including property's inspection and financing contingencies for your protection. Then we'll negociate on your behalf.

egotiating the Best Deal for You. The negotiating process requires skill, experience and complete objectivity. We can provide the expertise you need while sticking to the facts. When we go to the negotiating table, we go fully prepared, armed with the right information, keeping your best interests in mind.

In addition to negotiating the Best Deal for you, we'll also walk you through the entire Closing Process. We'll recommend Inspectors, Lenders and Attorneys to ensure that your Deal Closes smoothly and without unnecessary costs.

fter the Closing. We will continue to provide you with professional personalized Real Estate Services. Our After Sales Services includes a Client Appreciation Program, a Referral Rewards Program, Bi-monthly Newsletters and continuous expert home improvement and Real Estate advice as you need it.
